Can you make your tips & hint more accurate? There are not enough known criteria used for 'wild' searches.

The ability to compare 'In Common With' matches. A brilliant tool for seeing who is a member of which family (or not!). The Information is easily downloadable / copied for local analysis.
Having TREES is the key to successful match analysis. How else can I 'see' my 5th & 6th cousins if folk do not research families during 1700s?

'Copying' the nine ( 9 ) atDNA kit data to MyH from FTDNA went smoothly, The step-by-step explained process was really confidence inspiring.

I cannot imagine where improvement in service might be made.

Explanations have been given sufficiently and timely enough given global state of impediment.
