Purchased a 2024 ford puma has finance in place with them before turning up still kept on site for 6 hours by sales man. Tried to rip us off with part x until I said worked in trade the increased offer by over 1000.00. Few days after taking car home noticed inner panels missing from rear of car reported it supplied pictures told items were attached when we had it so we took panels off asked for pics proof sent wrong part of car challenge sent back still said we removed the parts and refused to talk to us again . I wouldn't touch this company if I wanted to buy a toy car KEEP AWAY unless you want ripping off. Another email from the escalated issues department again showing the incorrect part of the car in question. Makes you wonder if these people know the front of a car from the back. I have over 30 years experience in the motor trade and feel people like these are the ones that bring the trade down
Could to take this now to trading standards to show up just what a company these are and take money off people. What a shocking way to run a company. Can't wait till they add rubbish lie filled reply to this.PLEASE ALL SEE REPLY they are still saying about pictures showing outside of vehicle not of the panels on the inside that we reported missing. More proof that they have no idea what they are talking about and just rip people off avoid and go to a proper car dealer Arthur Daley could be trusted more than this company

Based on the evidence available, there is nothing to suggest that any trims or inner wheel arch covers were missing or removed prior to or during handover.
Our vehicle imagery, preparation records, and handover documentation confirm that the vehicle was sold in the condition as displayed and agreed upon at the time of purchase. All customers are provided the opportunity to inspect their vehicle prior to completing the sale, and a signed declaration confirms satisfaction with the vehicle’s condition and quality at that point.
As per our policy, cosmetic imperfections such as minor marks, scratches, or trim-related concerns fall outside the scope of what we are able to assist with after purchase. Our warranty and aftercare support cover sudden mechanical or electrical faults, rather than cosmetic issues.
