This company threaten court proceedings, yet don’t answer the phones or their “contact us” from their own website. Two and a half hours across two attempts to contact them via telephone and 3 contact messages, to set up an affordable payment plan. Still no contact with them. No wonder people don’t pay penalty charges. Do you actually have anybody working on the phones?
