worst customer service ever!!!!!

O mobiliário é ótimo, mas o atendimento ao cliente é péssimo! Se tiver um problema é deixado sozinho e os espanhóis recusam-se a falar inglês consigo e se tentar em espanhol "eles não o entendem"
absolutamente subterrâneo!!!!! nunca mais! deixem-no!

Poor customer service, for non-Spanish speaking customers

Hello,
It is sad that you have such a bad customer service cause the furniture is really nice! I tried to get in contact but no chance. The customer service doesn’t speak English and doesn’t even try to understand you if you try to speak Spanish. I wrote several emails and never got an reply…! It was just luck that a neighbor „catches“ my delivery! There is no way to get any help from you when there is a problem and due to the fact that there is no information about the delivery date it is a very sad Organisation specially for delivery of furniture. To summarise, it would make sense, if you sell outside of Spain, to also speak English in your worldwide correspondence with your customers and not ignore the emails and have the rest answered with AI only. It would also be nice if proper delivery dates were either agreed or at least informed about them. Thx

Don’t buy their wet suits

Don’t buy their wet suits! 2 weeks of use and the zipper is broken, the elbows are going to be holes, there’s some material failure at the leg and it’s already leaking after two weeks of use!!!!!! try to get it repaired didn’t work. Tried to talk with the company didn’t work…over 4 weeks and no help! they don’t care! Horrible customer service!!!!

An sich alles super die Lieferung und…

An sich alles super die Lieferung und die Kleidung sowieso aber der erreichbare Kundenservice ist leider nicht sehr hilfreich. Wäre schön wenn er mehr machen könnte als einen auf die Webseite zu verweisen. Problemlösend ist anders. Vielleicht mal das Servicesystem überdenken.
