I ordered my son's birthday gift weeks…
I ordered my son's birthday gift weeks ahead, for a Wed. delivery at his work (Government building) which was clearly stated on the label. For some reason this one order was shipped in TWO different deliveries; which normally wouldn't be an issue. Except not only was 1 item days beyond (Friday we received a text saying "weather bad" so now Saturday schedule delivery) but driver could not seem to grasp posted hours. And other is still "not expected"??
#1. BAD WEATHER?! IT WAS ON THE TRUCK STATUS CLAIMED FOR DAYS AND IT WAS SUNNY AND ALMOST 50 DEGREES! #2.Shipping somehow was listed as residential not business so Fed Ex driver kept trying to deliver after business hours, which are clearly posted on the Government building. #3.Business offices are closed on weekends (clearly stated on building) so why would that be the next attempted delivery BE SATURDAY?! Wed, no gift, Thursday, no gift, Friday, no gift, Still do not know where 2nd half of order is, days later?! Finally asked to simply cancel order. Very disappointed. Quality of items has always been high, but if they can not get items to receiver, what good is a missing, high quality gift?? I know you can't control items after they leave your facility, but you can control whom you chose to have deliver them once problems become known. Bottom line, no gift, no joy, no birthday surprise.
