They send me products i didnt order, they send me bill.on telephone they say i cannot return... i have to pay.
i canceled the plan...way before the subscription was active... you it just doesn't register it... You Scam... just search internet Norwegian lab scam... y'oull see the truth

Dear Chris,
Please allow us to clarify: we never send products that have not been ordered — they are always part of an active subscription. With our subscription model, shipments are prepared automatically unless the subscription is canceled before the stated deadline.
If you cancel before the deadline, no package will be shipped and no invoice will be issued.
If you cancel after the deadline, one package may still be delivered, as it was already processed, but the subscription will then stop.
The cancellation deadline is clearly shown in your order confirmation, in your delivery documents, and in your customer portal, where you can also manage or stop your subscription at any time.
