Excellence! They make everything so easy, and are there when you need a little help beyond the wonderful tutorials and videos.

First time ever, I received the wrong order. Size sent was 17"x25"x1". Mine were supposed to be 20"x21.5"x1". I called them and they apologized and said that they would immediately send out the replacements. So the rating is the middle ground. 5 stars on the customer service and 1 star for the original order. Great Company to work with and excellent products. Update: The replacement filters arrived four days later.
