The process was pretty straightforward; the shipping and authentication was quick! Very happy with my purchase and the price i paid for my watch.

We rented a car weeks before our trip to Cancun for February 14th,2021 for pick up at 10:00am in Playa del Carmen, entre 5ta y 1era, 16 Bis. When we show up to the place at exactly that time they told us that they had no car available because they rented them all out, they didn't give us our money back or offer any solution, neither did they send us an email to tell us that we were not going to have a car available. We payed $50 cab ride to get there and then $100 cab ride again to take us to the place where we had to be, and then spend hundreds of more dollars on taxi throughout our whole trip, taxi fares in Cancun are insanely high!!! We are extremely upset about this as I believe it is a complete irresponsibility. Never renting a car with Rentingcarz.com ever again.
