Should be illegal!

The only company that I have come across that sets a timer from you entrance to exit into the area where the car park is sited. My wife and I parked quite a way from the meter and couldn’t get the app to work for a while and now realise all this time the clock was ticking. This type of timing should be made illegal and has stopped me from going to the restaurant from now on as I refuse to use a car park run by this company.

Total scam !

Total scam !
This company firstly pretend to be the hotel by registering the hotel name followed by guest reservations.com Then take bookings with misleading price and book your hotel through bookings.com adding around a third to the price for themselves. I booked a hotel with guest reservations and on the phone it only showed one figure with no mention of a day rate. We booked a weekend at what was £222 and the first point where we were made aware it was a daily rate was when our statement showed £666 being removed from our account. The hotel had the booking from bookings.com for £473 from a Texas client not us at all. We are not easy targets but were completely duped by this company and feel completely ripped off.

Misleading and very poor customer service.

I tried to send money to South Africa from the UK and was quoted an amount that would be transferred in rand. I tried to send money to South Africa from the UK and was quoted an amount that would be transferred but a completely different with a much lower amount sent from that shown. When I contacted the customer service and later the supervisor both of who were obviously talking to more than one customer at a time I was told the rate could change by the minute. The exact same exchange rate was still showing on restart and was 10 percent higher than they actually sent. This must be illegal surely and on cancellation I am told the return of the money would take 10 days or more to get back.

Lovely Idea but unfortunately there…

Lovely Idea but unfortunately there seems to be no contact number and the chat bot is not very switched on. It would be fantastic if I could actually speak to someone. I had on my first order a message to say that I would be short on my milk as stocks were low and this week my order didn't arrive.

I can see that you reached out to us on 13/07 and this was picked up by Tracey who did try calling you, however I am so sorry that we were unable to get this sorted for you.

I am also sorry to hear that your first delivery was affected by the items being out of stock and that your order did not arrive this week. I have now taken a look at your account can see that this was then redelivered on 05/07.

However, I can see that you had paid for deliveries that were due on 14/07 and 17/07 which you did not receive as you had paused so I have now gone ahead and refunded you for these items as well as your missing items from 10/07. Please allow 5-10 working days for these funds to settle in your account.

I am so sorry that this has happened but we do really appreciate you giving us a chance, and we're truly sorry it hasn't worked out.
