What a pleasure to have the telephone call to Customer Service answered by a real person not a set of automated option after listening to ridiculous unwanted music.
The operator Rachael Marsh could not be a bettered as a promotion for the company Halls Greenhouses, courteous, very efficient, knowledge at her fingertips and all with a friendly presentation.

What a service! I emailed a parts enquiry during the closed hours of the weekend, I received a reply 6 mins after opening time on Monday morning.
I placed my order at 0834 on Monday 19th July 2021 and my part was delivered 23 hours 24 minutes later what better service can you ask for.
