It was easy to order. The product arrived within the time scale given. Pleased with the overall experience.

When ordering I received my bill but noticed that I had been charged for another 3 items. I had not ordered these. I contacted the supplier immediately and explained what had happened. They said they would look into it and organise a refund through PayPal. I checked my bank account and found out that they had already taken the money from my account. I have been emailing their account over several weeks, on each occasion they tell me they will look into it and I never hear back from them. I purchased the items on 06/03/2025 and today is 04/04/2025 some weeks later. Today I have been forced to contact PayPal direct to see if they can help me. As to the product, I'm 61 years of age and it hasn't made any difference to my skin. Please beware before purchasing from this company.

I love Hotel Chocolate! My nearest store is quite a way from where I live. Since I became.e disabled, I have been unable to drive so I don't get to the shop. However, my daughter and Husband have taken care of regularly chocs. Then recently I was in London visiting my daughter and at Victoria Station there was a Hotel Chocolate store. Obviously I went in to buy a few treats. While I was there the man serving me mentioned about buying online. Since then I've been making regular orders that way. Not just for me to eat but for presents and gifts to family and friends. The chocolate is excellent quality and they also offer vegan chocolate now, which is just as good. Thankfully I can continue on enjoying my treats without stepping outside. Thanks.

Very good web site. Easy to navigate and clear pictures. However, the chat bar is not in the best place, in my opinion, as I kept hitting it when selecting from the right hand side of the screen. Thanks.

I was nearly scammed by this company today. An email which pretended to be from Boots offered a multiple question survey concerning buying online/social media. Because I thought it was connected to Boots, I carried out the survey. I also checked on the address bar for a padlock, which there was (this is supposed to encrypt your information, a secure site).

However my gut told me that something wasn't right. So I checked with my husband, who is great with all things computer, he checked the site and found this page. Needless to say I read most of the reviews and was horrified at how many people have been swindled out of money. Please, please do not use the Nulavanceskin web site. If it sounds too good to be true it probably is, so check it out first.
