Although I received my order promptly, it transpired that the rug was not suitable. I contacted the customer service team and the lady I spoke to was very helpful and dealt with my request to have the rug uplifted by the courier at a convenient time for me. This was greatly appreciated.

Lee was my advisor. He was very professional and explained the process well. He answered my questions clearly. I liked the fact that should I have any queries going forward I have one named person who I can contact.
