Terrible Customer Service
I have had such a bad experience shopping with Versace. I wish I had read the other reviews prior to now.
I put in an order at the beginning of the week and my order was confirmed. I never heard anything after that. I looked at my account and it said that my order had been completed.
I initially sent an enquiry asking what the status was and wondering why I had no updates on my order. I never got a reply.
I called their contact line and the lady simply told me that my order had been cancelled and she didn't know why.
I was never offered a sincere apology, an alternative or solution. 100% DONE with Versace
