I order a B-day present/Valentine present and was told that it would be delivered on Friday 2/12/21. Get an update from FEDEX that states the delivery would be 2/13/21 then on Saturday I get an email that stated it would be sent on Sunday 2/14/21..The problem I have is 1-the order didn't even get sent out until Thursday and I ordered it on Tuesday and this company should never us FEDEX again because I had to call FEDEX to hold the package because the address it was getting sent to we were not going to be there. Well wouldn't you know on Sunday 2/14/21 the package got delivered when it was to be on hold. I am glad my neighbor was home to keep at there house but a birthday and v-day present has to wait now because of not sending out in a timely fashion and FEDEX.

Your order was shipped within 24 hours of placement, and was shipped on the proper date to arrive on the date you selected.

Unfortunately it does appear your order was delayed in transit and unfortunately we cannot predict when carrier delays will impact our shipments. This delay did impact your delivery, I can see that the delivery was indeed two days late, and your gift was delivered on 2/14 at 9:59 am.
