I purchased a new mac, and wanted to move my licence to the new computer, I was told this wasn't possible.
Following email communication, HitPaw said that they would ONLY issue a new licence after leaving a 5 Star review!
Their email response:
"Thank you for the reply. We are sorry about the inconvenience caused.
Please kindly note that the old license you purchased is only valid on one PC. So we would like to extend an invitation for you to leave a five-star review.
Upon completion, we will generate a new software license with no subscription fee from our end and send it to you free of charge. And there is no subsequent fee that will be charged for this new license."
I didn't feel this was ethical. My experience of this is reflected by the 1 Star review, please see attachment screenshot of email communication.
Regarding the product. It's very slow, and video appears as if aspects are made from plastic.

After a series of emails from their support, estimate 5 or 6, I am now using the software again. I was still initially held to ransom which I remain shocked by, and asked to remove this post which I am not prepared to do. HitPaw, your customer service requires development.

Friday 13th October 2023.
Pizza arrived over 2hrs late, stone cold. We were told replacement pizzas would be sent, these didn't arrive. Head office not prepared to issue refund, Colman Road Norwich store not prepared to issue refund. Disgraceful customer service. Currently going through Resolver but hold little hope.
Wednesday 25.10.23 update:
After a number of emails, and misinformation, I was able to highlight that Papa Johns had offered that they had got this completely wrong in an email correspondence, and make the case for a refund, which I received today. I am pleased that I received a full refund, but I would have expected far better service from this company and won't be returning.

Amazing, professional, resolved the issue on-site without the need to buy a whole new fridge door which would have been very expensive.. I was very impressed..
