Disappointment
Second time ordering from here, and I was very disappointed this time around. I put my order in weeks ahead of my scheduled delivery date, and it arrived two days after. After contacting customer service, I was refunded the shipping charges only. That's great but I was without a gift because it came 2 days late. Way to make a girl look stupid! Won't be ordering from here again.

I have looked into your order and can see that when you ordered you did indeed request a delivery date of the 13th and your order was shipped on February 12th, which we would have expected to be the correct shipping date to have your order arrive on the date you requested.
I have. looked at your order's tracking and can see that your order was delayed in Trenton, NJ given the current weather on the east coast it appears that weather may have impacted your delivery by our carrier. While this is no excuse for your order arriving late, we unfortunately cannot predict when weather delays will impact our shipments.
After looking into your order I can see that we've issued a complete refund for shipping and your item has been delivered.
