Sent a box with decent very salable items including quality binoculars, 2 digital camcorders,4 watches, 2 fountain pens, camera and offered £31 for the lot! An insult and I don't recommend anyone to try them.

Straightforward phone booking . Simple all questions answered. Pleasant lady ,polite and easy to deal with.
Still awaiting confirmation.
We arranged to drive ourselves to Newquay to enable our travelling the area. This was agreed. We are happy to pay the full amount and did not expect any discount.

I am totally frustrated with the repeated messages from ALLAY to join in with claims for finance loans which I've never had? To opt out I texted there opt out number only to find out Iwill be charged for the text sent to them at their request. This company is nothing more than scam merchant's fleecing people.

We bought a padded toilet seat which we returned the day after it arrived as ot was not fit for purpose. We did not use it as it had no method of fixing to the wc pan and had no lid. Mobility Smart fabricated photos saying we had 'stained' the seat which was totally untrue. They asked for £2-50 to return the unwanted seat to us??
The seat cost us £37 plus £8,20 to return. This company is unscrupulous and refuses to refund us. We are 80 years of age and do not reccomend buying from them.

Tried booking two weeks in Cornwall in addition to Germany trip Oct 1st.
Unable to sort corwalll booking and asked to pay extra for sea veiw which was advertised in price.? Also tried to book two consecutive weeks but couldn't do it.
Gave up in disgust eventually

Absolutely rubbish service. Had to demand refunding after numerous days non delivery and mis information. We are now out of pocket due to overlap of payment and refunding on our credit card without compensation. Still receiving requests for reccomedations. Total bad customer relations. Shark should be banned from operating. WHERE IS OUR MONEY?

Poor response when asking why my last year's premium had shot up by £140 for renewal? After being kept on the phone a very nice lady checked and came back saying nothing could be done! The asked if iwas interested in any other insurances.i replied that I would never deal with the company again.
