The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Made to feel like I was being dishonest about request to exchange a damaged item ( damaged by store whilst put aside ) . Process for complaints is slow and communication of such a poor standard of English it’s difficult to understand. Complaint remained unresolved as manager phoned to apologise but then said she wouldn’t have done anything different and implied I was being dishonest again!
