I like purchasing from PB however when…

I like purchasing from PB however when I didn’t check out right away I received several emails telling me to “ this is not a reservation and check out now.“ I didn’t really appreciate those emails.

I had a poor 1st experience

I had a poor 1st experience. I had thought the heart shaped beef jerky and the salami bouquet would be a good Valentines day gift for my boyfriend this year so I placed my order on 02/09/21. Tracking number was emailed once order was out for delivery on 02/11/21. I was tracking my order and noticed it was delivered on 02/12/21 but to the wrong address! There was a picture of the wrong house and everything. So I called the #866.902.7260 to get a replacement order shipped out ASAP but the best they could do was resend the order on 02/17/21. I just requested a refund, I was so upset. I was excited to present this gift to my BF and was even bragging to him about how much I thought he was going to like it. Now, when it’s time to exchange gifts I won’t have anything to give him but this story. What a disappointment. :(

Hi there Audrey. I am so sorry to hear that your order was delivered to the wrong address. Unfortunately our carriers pick up at noon local time from our warehouses and we do not ship on the weekends, which is why the fastest we could get a replacement to you is Tuesday the 17th with overnight delivery. I'm sorry that you felt we didn't do our best in offering to ship the replacement with overnight delivery, and we're happy to help do whatever we can to help make this right.
