I posted my initial experience of not receiving a full order placed with Infraredi on Oct. 4th. I contacted the company and the first person to respond's first response was that the full order had been delivered.
I posted that exchange (below this new portion) on TrustPilot.
I quickly received two emails from Infraredi Support and a wonderful employee of theirs, Lyn, offering assistance and correcting the info the first responder did not present when answering my initial emails. They also expressed their apologies for what I had experienced up to that time.
Lyn very promptly found the issue with the missing product and over a few messages updated me on the situation, letting me know the whereabouts of the third piece of the order. She messaged me to let me know when that piece had cleared customs. The very next day, the third piece of the order arrived.
So Infraredi will be quick to respond to further requests for assistance.
I have begun using the product, and it appears from my first experiences that I will be able to achieve benefits for which I invested in.
Thank you, again, TrustPilot and Infraredi... and Infraredi for having a TrustPilot presence.

On October 9, 2026 two boxes were delivered to my address:

1ZRK9291DK42624708 - Delivered
Delivered On: Thursday, October 09 at 11:59 A.M. at Residential
One box had the Infraredi Pro Mini
One bos had the Infraredi Pro Stand
NEITHER ONE OF THEM had the Infraredi Joint Wrap.
I wrote to the company and just received a response from 'Joyce' claiminng that my ordered products were both delivered.
It is as if 'Joyce' didn't read the emails fully, didn't look at the images captured from my order which made it look like the Joint Wrap was a part of the sent items, when it wasn't.

A couple of days after I sent the message to Infraredi about not receiving the Joint Wrap I came to TrustPilot to see if there were any other customer reports similar to what I was in the midst of experiencing...
And now, 'Joyce' is claiming all were sent and delivered.
My confidence in Infraredi is gone. I want my money back and I want them to come and pick up the Infraredi Pro Mini and the Infraredi Pro Stand.
When their representative didn't pay attention to the information I sent in a couple of emails about what was actually sent and what I ordered with images which indicated their malfeasance, it indicates to me that Infraredi is not a company to be trusted with my hard earned dollars and my undeserved trust in their company.

As added to my update above... Infraredi quickly responded to my concerns and the delivery of all product oreded has now been received.

It seems that NORD VPN increases blockage of sites I have used for years, and the topics that that happens with have me concerned. Mostly it is sites that I use to read up on health issues. There are others it happens with and I am not sure what the reasons for the blockage are specifically. It makes one wonder if those behind this site are influenced beyond actual internet safety. Considering things that are transpiring these day, it is not a comfortable feeling.
I am even wondering if this type of service is really as critically needed as those in the industry are claiming.

If they fail to quickly address my request to take back the two boxes, so they can actually see what they sent, and refund all that I paid, I will have to pursue legal action against them and take the payment issue to the credit card company.

I tried ordering a Harmoni Pendant with a code that Harmoni Pendant said would provide a substantial discounted price prior to Mother's Day. I applied the code in the designated space and saw a response saying I needed a valid code. I gave the code presented from the message about the sale price.
I wrote to the company and received a replay:

Okay. So I wrote back asking how to go about achieving this transaction. I have never received ANY further messages about how to accomplish that, despite my messaging them three times. Enough is enough.
I found Trustpilot when looking to see reviews... Now it makes total sense. The company is not one to be trusted.

Smooth operation in ordering and delivery was quicker than first projected. The person it was sent to had no issues with packaging or delivery. Thank you very much.

ThriftBooks kept me informed as to the progress of the order's status from the time I placed the order until time of delivery. Book ordered was as described when purchased. Happy to have this experience as the book was not an easy one to locate and purchase at a reasonable cost. Thank you for you service.
