My partner and I visited the Milton Keynes Sofology store for the first time yesterday while looking for a new sofa. We also stopped by several other furniture stores in Winterhill beforehand, and we can honestly say that Sofology stood out as the best experience by far—both in terms of customer service and product range.

When we arrived, we weren’t entirely sure what we were looking for. However, after exploring a few options, it quickly became clear which sofa was right for us. A huge part of this was thanks to Pedro. Although he was initially assisting another customer, he made time for us straight away and answered all of our questions with patience and expertise.

Pedro was extremely knowledgeable about the products, and he went above and beyond to make sure we had all the information we needed. He even offered us hot drinks and checked in regularly to see if we had any further queries. He was polite, approachable, and had a great sense of humour - all of which made the whole experience enjoyable.

Although we didn’t make a purchase on the day, we are certain that when we do buy our sofa, it will be from Sofology. A massive thankyou to Pedro for helping us to make this decision!

Trialling a taste card for 3 months as a student. Didn’t notice much difference in cinema ticket pricing and unable to use the taste card in lots of restaurants local to me. Not sure I will extend and pay a monthly membership fee.

Delivery was within the stated time slot, Klara knocked loudly and waited for me to run to the door. Friendly and prompt. Came earlier than expected as I was tracking on the app and said she was 4 stops away when she arrived. Thankyou & have a great Christmas

Staff unenthusiastic, very expensive. £120+ just to put new lenses into current glasses. Will take prescription elsewhere. Will go to another opticians next time!

Have ordered from Sweet One on several occasions. The ordering process is super easy, always delivered quickly and the sweets are ALWAYS so tasty! Customer service is on point, prompt replies and nothing is ever too much of an ask when you contact them via social media. I will always recommend Sweet One to anyone wanting to buy pick & mix- go support your local small businesses!

Super impressed with my experience with DPD. I was kept updated throughout the process and knew exactly where my parcel was and when to expect it. My parcel was delivered promptly during the given time slot. The driver was super polite too! Great customer service throughout, 10/10 experience

I hadn’t heard of Coggles before, however it was the only website I’d managed to find what I was looking for. I was a little cautious about ordering as I had seen some mixed reviews, but I’m so glad I did! I placed my order at 7:48pm on tuesday for next day delivery and my order was dispatched at 10:55pm the same evening. My parcel was delivered around lunch time the very next day. Super impressed with the speedy delivery and fab customer service I have received from the team on Instagram. Very reasonable price, the product was around half the price of everywhere else I’d looked so overall very happy!
