Booked and paid on line, arrived for appointment and had m car back 30 mins later with new tyres on. Worked as it should.

Using for the first time, there was some big issues when we arrived at Grenoble airport following an IT meltdown but they adapted their schedule to limit disruptions as much as they could and transfer as many passengers as possible to their resort when they could just have walked away. Great service and on time on the way back. Will use again.

Stayed at Petruth Paddocks for a few days and it is one of the best campsites we have stayed in. Lots of space, good clean facilities, more than enough showers with lots of hot water, quiet, very friendly and helpful team, and just a short 10 mins walk from Cheddar, it's pubs, shops and obviously the gorges. We not only did walk around the gorges but also did some great walks around and the Mendip hills (great views from up there, worth the efforts). We parked the car on the first day and did not use it until the last day. Our dog loved it as well, very dog friendly camping. 5 stars for us

Wiper blades arrived earlier than planned and were perfect fit for my car. Took me about 1 min to fit them both! Considering Halfords don't even list blades for my model (2017 CX5) I was worried I may receive the wrong blades but not al all. Top value, no doubts I will use Vipa blades again

Our young puppy nearly poisoned herself eating some raisins that fell off our sons pocket. Luckily we noticed early enough and took her straight to out of hours vet. Claim was submitted online within a couple of days and within 48h accepted and settled by Petplan. Very impressed, especially so considering we've only ben with them for a few weeks
