Misleading information and zero accountability

13 days ago, I enquired about the availability of the Arkfeld Ultra in either Navy Blue or Black because I own many Olight products (amongst other tactical/EDC gear) in that exact colour scheme.

I was told over the phone that the Arkfeld Ultra (blue) would be back in stock “next week” but that turned out to be completely false.
No update, no product, and eventually I got an email saying it hadn’t even been ordered yet once I reached out again on day 11 of waiting.

For a premium product at this price point, I expect clear and honest communication and the basic ability to buy the colour I actually want. Instead, I got a late, dismissive reply suggesting I buy the green model instead --> "Is de olijf groene kleur geen optie?"
Like, pardon me?! There is perhaps a reason they only have this colour left; nobody wants it, but that is besides the point.

I informed them I'll buy my light(s) elsewhere, especially as they are on average €40 cheaper everywhere else, and that I would be making this 'review'.

No answer to my actual (follow-up- question, no ownership, just wasted time and irritation. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

TL;DR:
Asked about stock for the Arkfeld Ultra (blue/black), was told it'd be back next week. Two weeks later, and still nothing; turns out they never even ordered it. Got a lazy reply pushing an unwanted colour instead.

Een sollicitatieproces dat perfect aansluit bij hun reputatie

Ik werd gecontacteerd voor een sollicitatiegesprek en zat op het afgesproken moment klaar in de Teams-meeting. Niemand kwam opdagen. Mijn eerste opvolgmail bleef onbeantwoord. Toen er uiteindelijk een reactie kwam op mijn tweede mail, was die ontwijkend en zonder enige verantwoordelijkheid. Ik gaf mijn beschikbaarheid opnieuw door, maar ook daarop bleef het stil.

Dit is geen kleine vergissing of IT-fout. Dit is een structureel gebrek aan respect en communicatie.
Als dit de manier is waarop Flanderijn met mensen omgaat nog vóór ze in dienst zijn, dan zegt dat alles over wat je er als medewerker of klant mag verwachten.
De score op Trustpilot is helaas exact wat ik zelf heb ervaren.

Poor Quality Device, Dishonest Support – Avoid Thermal Master

They can suck my time, my patience, and my money.

I want my refund, and I want it now.

Thermal Master shipped me a defective unit, lied about it working as intended, then ghosted me after I sent my return address — TWICE. This company is a scam factory. I’ve filed a dispute and will not stop until I get my money back.

If you’re reading this, do NOT buy from them. Save yourself the headache and buy from a company that knows how to support its customers.

I purchased the P2 Pro directly from Thermal Master. On paper, it looked great — compact thermal camera, good specs, fair price. In reality? Total disappointment.

From the moment I plugged it in, the device was defective:

It froze every 10 seconds, accompanied by a loud shutter tick.

Thermal images were grainy, noisy, and inaccurate.

Every time the app restarted, the problem returned.

I contacted support, expecting troubleshooting or a fair resolution. Instead, I was told this was "normal behaviour." They denied anything was wrong — even though no reviewer or creator online shows this kind of issue.

I offered to pay an additional $100 to upgrade to a more advanced model, hoping to avoid a return. They refused. Only when I insisted on a refund did they suddenly agree to take the unit back — a quiet admission that the device didn’t perform as promised.

Their “we never lie” response to my concerns was laughable. If they truly believed the device was working as intended, why agree to a refund without hesitation?

This experience was dishonest, dismissive, and unprofessional. I'm returning the product under their 30-day guarantee, but I’ll be documenting and sharing this experience publicly so others know what to expect.

Buy at your own risk. The product I received was defective, and support didn’t take it seriously until refund time came.

Update: After I provided my return address (twice), support stopped responding — even though it was during their own business hours (China, UTC+8). So no, this isn’t a timezone issue — this is intentional avoidance. The return label they promised still hasn’t arrived.

Typische scriptjes en 10+ dagen moeten wachten op een terugbetaling.

PostNL tekende zelf af, wat vervalsing van geschrijft is, en kon mijn pakket nergens terugvinden.

Vervolgens heb ik 10 dagen gewacht op een reactie van Knives and Tools en dan kreeg ik nòg steeds een standaard 'script' reactie om hen de nodige documenten door te sturen (wat reeds 10 dagen bij hen lag).

Na een vurig telefoontje had de dame toch begrepen dat ik alles reeds had gedaan zoals gevraagd op hun website, en heb ik vervolgens opgehangen omdat ik zo, als klant, niet behandeld wil worden.

Echt jammer om zo'n ervaring te krijgen met een topbedrijf waar ik al jaren klant ben.

Review of Fiidoebike

I have spent triple the value of this…

I have spent triple the value of this bike on repairs, replacement parts, and services, and I got nowhere.

I have only had this bike since March 2022 and I have used it a total of a few months AT MOST. Half of the time I was waiting for new parts or was it in the shop.

This company, perhaps due to their lack of English speakers, avoids giving any clear answers and will simply ask you the same questions over and over again without having even a minute intention of helping you.

I sincerely hope someone reads this and keeps them from buying from this horrible brand.

I have requested my money back (at least some) after visiting their service centre in London and they couldn't help me! The motor I had bought from Fiido was faulty, the shop refused to order more parts for the M1 Pro because they have had MANY faulty items arrive themselves and therefore could not help me. Even if I ordered my FOURTH motor, they can not guarantee it will work and even if it does; I won't have pedal assist anymore.

Clearly, this model is faulty and that's why they released the M21 at a significantly higher price but hey, maybe just don't sell bikes that don't work?

Scum.

Excellent customer service to save the day

***UPDATE***

Hobo Jack promptly got in touch with me after my initial review, very courteously so and extremely helpful. My 'issue' got resolved and I'm happy with the outcome. And for that reason, I've updated my initial score from 3/5 to 5/5.

I bought 2 shirts of the same design, in both black and white. Sadly, the black shirt's print job is clearly of lesser quality and will definitely wear off quickly as it already looks flaky (perhaps not a brand new shirt?).

The little bonus ((FREE (3 X A5 PRINTS) WITH EVERY ORDER)) would have been a nice touch if they weren't badly creased.

The shirts do fit nice and I love the white shirt as the design on it looks gorgeous but as said before, sadly I can't say the same about the black shirt.

Rude, slow, unprofessional and lazy.

After waiting exactly 1 month for a dumbell set to arrive there was 1 piece broken on arrival and they refuse to tell me when or how they will send me a replacement part. Continously try to make me return it and before it arrived they'd say they would be happy to cancel the order countless times when I just asked for a status update.

They ignored emails, didn't read replies, gave script answers, didn't apologise, absolutely abominable customer service.
