For the first time very disappointed…

For the first time very disappointed with Moonpig. The font inside the card is far too large and looks silly and I have no idea why they added ! after happy birthday and then again after have a great day. I didn’t ask for that. Looks terrible, will have to go buy a card elsewhere pretty sharpish.

Fantastic service again

Used Boxt since we had the new boiler installed. Steve Dove came to complete the annual boiler service on Thursday and great service once again. I can’t fault Steve at all and would highly recommend.

Outstanding - Rolex/Prestons, Victoria Gate, Leeds

I visited Preston’s in Leeds on 5 April and found it very emotional as this would have been a trip I would have been making with my late husband. On arrival we were introduced to Andrew, who I have to say was absolutely fantastic and looked after me and my sister in law in an exceptional manner. He was so so good, took his time, listened to what I had in mind and didn’t rush us at all. He was very professional, yet very caring and I have to say, we were both blown away by the whole experience. I can’t wait for the day when I can pick up my beautiful Rolex which will be treasured and means so so much to me. I can’t thank Andrew enough for the experience on what was initially a very hard thing to do due to the circumstances as he turned it into a happy and delightful day which I will never forget.

Tried hundreds of companies for…

Tried hundreds of companies for insurance even though specialist has said it’s ok to travel, so we were going without any cover till I saw a message on MacMillan cancer site about this company, so thought I Would give it one last try, they quoted at a reasonable price and everything is sorted, such a relief.

Changed and not for the better

I have used this garage for years both to purchase vehicles and for regular services. I was therefore shocked today when I called to book my car in for its first MOT to be told that they couldn’t fit me in until 22 September (a month after the due date). When I explained this I was asked “can’t you go elsewhere”. I will certainly take you up on your advice and go elsewhere for future purchases and servicing. What a shame, such an excellent garage seems to have changed so much, I suspect this is due to being put through to a call centre rather then in previous experiences when you actually spoke to somebody at the Leeds garage itself.

Uncaring Company

My son had his groceries delivered yesterday at which point it is suspected that his young cat got into the back of the van and has now been missing for over 24 hours. Five calls later and a trip to the local supermarket pleading for them to just give us the area the van next delivered to has resulted in nothing, the excuse of he wasn’t in the van at the end of the day or we can’t give you that information is all we have got. He would have jumped out at the next delivery, all we want is the area, not the customers full address, so we can try and bring him home. Absolutely disgraceful, this young cat could be just sat in the area wondering where he is. I will never use this company again. Shame on you Asda.

Very disappointed with this company

Very disappointed with this company. We ordered an American fridge freezer and for our old one to be taken away. We still have our old one as it turns out we have to wait another 2 days for somebody to come and collect it, we should really have been told this at the time. I also can’t believe that the delivery staff have to lift such big heavy items from their vans as they don’t have tailgates, I really felt for them. The fridge is also scratched inside and one of the runners for the drawers was loose so we have had to remove and refit it properly. Not at all what we expected from AO.

I am sorry to hear of the issues with your delivery, this is not something that we are used to hearing about and I can understand how disappointing this would have been for you.

Sadly on the original delivery, there was no room on the van for our team to collect the scrap appliance and I am sorry that this was the case. Our team have limited space allocated for appliances for collections and I have passed on your feedback to our logistics team to investigate why this was the case on your initial delivery attempt. I am glad to hear that this was able to be collected on an alternative date for you.

Our delivery teams are fully trained in how to remove the appliances safely from the back of our vans without causing any damage to themselves or the appliances and we do provide them with specialized equipment for this task. I am sorry for any concern caused by this.

I can also see from the order that the damage to your appliance has been resolved by a colleague of mine and I am sorry that your appliance arrived with any damage at all. We receive all our appliances in the manufacturer packing, direct from the manufacturer and would expect that any quality assurance has been done by the manufacturer prior to packaging. I have passed on our concerns around the damage to the manufacturer to investigate further.

Unable to use giftcard online

As a regular customer of Boots I am very disappointed that I cannot use my £15 giftcard towards an order I was planning to place online which was over £130. It is disgraceful that this is not allowed. I will take my order elsewhere.
