Great to be able to get through quickly to a person who listened to my needs/issues and went out of his way to help resolve them all. The exact opposite of "computer says no".

The staff member I dealt with was very friendly and efficient and I felt he gave us a personal service, rather than acting like a bored robot as can be the experience on phone calls.
