Joke of a company. None existent customer service. Hours on hold to be fobbed off. Account never activated so had to pay extortionate price of over 20p/kWh for electricity as no opportunity to buy power packs. Ended up having to go to ofgem for help. Avoid at all costs!!! Still owe me a trivial amount of money, but I really can’t be bothered with an hour on hold to try to get it paid out! Keep it power shop.

Great bit of kit, have enjoyed over 10 brews now, a wide range from cider, to pale ale, to stout. All very drinkable, for a minimum of fuss and effort. Customer services also excellent whenever I've had a query.
