Unreliable

I gave this site another go as despite my initial order being delayed these things can happen.
Unfortunately this time, despite again using the 48hrs delivery service, it hasn't even been dispatched within 48hrs so there's absolutely no hope of it being received within that time frame! The main issue I have is that there was also no communication regarding the delay and I have had to chase to find out the status of the order. Unreliable.

It's ok but don't rely on their delivery timeframe

I've used Justmylook multiple times for hair products. Although everything arrives eventually and is what I ordered, it has never arrived within their stated delivery time. Even when you order for 48hrs tracked they don't dispatch in time for that timeframe to be met. So just not that reliable if you want something quickly.

Many thanks to Lynne (Wickes Lichfield) who stepped in and created a new bathroom swiftly after we were let down repeatedly by a local company. Great help in store and a brilliant fitter. Will definitely use again.

Unexpectedly slow

This was my second purchase and I was very disappointed with the service on this occasion. I experienced unexpected and unnecessary delays with delivery on an in stock item and the online chat was unhelpful and curt. The only positive was the service received when I called directly. I probably will not use for my next purchase.

I have had exactly the same experience…

I have had exactly the same experience as other reviewers: this company start well, provide you with surveys that you can earn from but then suddenly do not pay you the full amount for surveys , they cut the survey right before the end but after gaining all the details and pay you a token amount instead. Customer service is non-existent. Starting to feel like a scam.

A mixed experience..

A mixed experience... Imagine arriving on moving day, with all your belongings, to be told - 'oh, you won't like this but we can't accept your storage insurance specifically purchased from a legitimate source to cover your goods as requested by us, you will have to take ours out instead...' ... Most people would have no choice at that point but to roll over and pay Surestore's inflated insurance premiums on top of the monthly storage fee. For your information the premium I was quoted for their insurance alone was more per month than my car insurance! They also don't tell you that there are different levels of insurance payable, but quote for just one..
So, luckily I planned ahead, and visited with my documents prior to moving day, as even though I was told I could get my own insurance (and have since checked the 'requirements' with another branch who were also vague but suggested the specific storage insurance I purchased should meet requirements (and cost just £28 for the YEAR) I wanted to be organised. and what a surprise, my insurance was not acceptable to them! So, they are friendly, efficient etc but I would avoid. It's a shame as I wanted to support local but instead I have found a great place, just in Walmley, Cookes Storage who were brilliant and most importantly, fine with my insurance so it saved an additional £30 per month.

QualitySolicitors( Four Oaks/Mere Green) - avoid!

QualitySolicitors - Davison's (Mere Green, Four Oaks)

Just do not use - they lack professionalism, are far too slow and inefficient and you end up doing their work for them! Communication is key in this business and it is non existent here. Frustrating to use, and the only part of the whole sale process that was negative and stressful. Constant errors, evasive noncommittal staff (no idea of the name of the chap on the phone who tried to fob me off on Completion day but please, don't patronise your clients!) So, avoid - there are plenty of others around to use.

I can highly recommend Claire Slattery…

I can highly recommend Claire Slattery to use as your Purple Bricks agent, (Sutton Coldfield area). Professional, friendly and very efficient - always returns calls and messages quickly and does everything necessary to keep things moving and keep you informed, which is exactly what you need when selling your home! The app was simple to use and dealing with the sale was easy - it was great to take control of my own process rather than relying on traditional agents. Claire was absolutely brilliant throughout and I would use again without hesitation as without her the process would have been a much more stressful. Purple Bricks was efficient and simple - took much of the stress out of the process and so much easier and cheaper than our local traditional agents, to use.

I cannot, however, recommend their affiliated conveyancer in Four Oaks, Davison's which I will review separately due to their dreadful lack of communication, efficiency and professionalism. Use a different branch is all I can say.
