I think they've taken my money and ran

I think they've taken my money and ran. I placed an order and never got a confirmation email. Went back on to their page and they wrote "suspected fraud". No suggested ways to resolve it.

We apologise for the confusion.
As informed in our terms and conditions, first orders are always submitted to a ID check by the system in order to clear the account. However, they are always double checked by the concerned service to accelerate the process if necessary.
It is a security barrier we have to prevent frauds on our website.

I would like to confirm that your account has been cleared since and validated. (you should already have received all the confirmation emails from it.)
If you need me to block it and proceed with a refund, do not hesitate to let me know. Otherwise, It will be shipped.

I am absolutely disgusted with the…

I am absolutely disgusted with the customer service of this company. I have been trying for nearly a week to sign up for this service. I have been unable to do so off of my computer and have had friends and family try as well. I have called them to be provided with dozens of answers of why it is not working - none of which are correct and they will not sign me up over the phone. They have offered call back times and not called me at the desired time. I think the average person would not try so hard to join after the treatment I was provided but it is the only kit that delivers to my town. I have literally spent hours working on this issue.
