I have attended courses run by QA on many occasions and they have always been excellent. The trainers are highly knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to interact with, and whether in person, or online, the courses themselves have always been high quality.

I bought an office chair for a very reasonable price but had problems with getting it delivered. The after sales team sorted that in an instant and delivery was on time and problem free.

Unfortunately the chair was damaged; again, the after sales team sorted it within a few hours and when I had problems dismantling the damaged chair in order to fit the replacement parts, after sales were there, yet again, with a solution.

Big shout out to Peter who was an absolute star and organised everything.

Ordering online was easy. The product I wanted was out of stock but I was kept updated with progress and it was ready for delivery much sooner than advised. The delivery and installation (of an electric cooker) was excellent; it was on time, the removal of packaging was done outside and the two delivery men took care not to damage my kitchen flooring. They were also friendly and knowledgeable. Great service.

My engineer, David, was friendly, knowledgeable, and took time to explain how fibre broadband worked and how it would be installed. He made sure to check with me where I wanted the router and cabling, cleaned up any mess from drilling holes in walls and got all the work completed quickly. A five-star service.

I Have used Funky Pigeon a number of times now and am always happy with them. The website is easy to navigate and the cards always arrive quickly.

I contacted Tui about a credit note that was due to expire. They were helpful, friendly and efficient.

Cards were easy to order and personalise, and arrived as expected.
