Ordering online was easy. The product I wanted was out of stock but I was kept updated with progress and it was ready for delivery much sooner than advised. The delivery and installation (of an electric cooker) was excellent; it was on time, the removal of packaging was done outside and the two delivery men took care not to damage my kitchen flooring. They were also friendly and knowledgeable. Great service.
