I'm in Laos backpacking and my credit card has stopped working. Not able to withdraw money. Which leaves me in a very bad situation. I rang halifax helpline only to be put through 5 different departments.

Then after 20 min of getting nowhere the lady said my only option was to trust a stranger and transfer them money whilst they Withdraw the money from a cash point.....

Also the voice recognition does not work.

From my experience i would advise not to use this company.

I now have to go the british embassy to sort this mess out.

terrible no customer service. No gate number. All the contact you can get is a chatbot.

Not happy at all!! I listed my canada Goose jacket that I want to sell, then i get a message saying I cant sell counterfeit goods... its real I even took pictures of all the tags and holograph thing.

So i tried to log into my account to contact them and it asked to verify my mobile number; i typed it in and it says its not a mobile number ...... jesus christ!
Why do they make things so hard !!
Now i cant access my account to get this matter resolved.

This DNA test is only good if your from the British Isles or have ancestry here. I have taken a DNA test with ancestry and made a family tree. the tree checks out with what living DNA said where I'm from in the UK. It gives a breakdown of what regions your ancestors are from mine are from Yorkshire and Ayrshire and some from fife and it even picked that up so its pretty accurate.
Health was spot on too
Time it took was a letdown think it was 12 weeks but worth the wait for the results.
The haplogroup not sure if thats accurate or not I just got T so i need to look into that
