AVOID AT ALL COST, FAULTY items, No Refund/Replacements

Our designer found suitable products from LEDKIA and recommended us to order 4 tracks + 10 New Mallet spots + 2 Triac dimmers from them. (We spent over £350 on them + delivery/customs fees which wasnt mentioned before.) First the delivery was delayed severly - we could not move into our house because of delay. Once arrived and installed, 1st spot went off after DAY 1 !!!! 2nd in 10 days, 3rd & 4th spots went off in 20 days!!! We have NO LIGHTS in our corridor and klitchen at all now!
We've been corresponding and complaining to their customer support- who instead of provide replacement or suggest replacement solutions- just want to take the faulty spots back for their own testing- after which they would suggest solutions.
This means that after waiting for 2-3 months to have my lights delivered and installed- ive spent next 2 months fighting with them on faulty products- no REFUND, NO REPLACEMENT- and they say they have WARRANTY of 3 years????? and Life span of Spot = 30,000 hrs!!! All False. Rubbish company- NEVER BUY from here

Terrible, Scam events, waste of money!

Terrible. Should be zero stars. We paid 55 GBP per person for Dining in the dark event. All we got was a shady soho event rental makeshift restaurant, all lights were On.. and we were served terrible very poor quality meal. Imagine for 55 GBP, we got store bought prawn cocktail as appetizer and a brownie with vanilla ice cream as dessert! Absolute rip off!!!! Don't go!!

Very pleased with the support and guidance offered

Very pleased with the support and service received from Melvin @ Limitless.
Since we are first time buyers we had tons very basic questions arnd mortgages and Melvin was patient and kind to explain all we needed to know.
His team was also very responsive when it came to providing updates throughout the mortgage application process. Although we believe- the case handler assigned to us - was maybe not entirely experienced in handling cases of non UK citizens - like us_ so we had ALOT of back & forth - on documents to be used for before making the application. This caused a slight delay - and we ended up getting a slightly higher mortgage rate than first committed to. However the difference was not much - so overall very happy with their service and would highly recommend.
