I’ve ordered from Planty multiple times now, and they’ve never disappointed. As someone with a hectic schedule and little time to cook fresh meals, Planty has truly changed my life. Given how busy I am, Planty made my life better! Planty offers a fantastic experience from easy booking to smooth delivery. Their menu boasts a great range of delicious and very tasty plant-based options. And they also care for our planet 😍 packaging is recyclable, and you can even return the box! Highly recommended for flavourful, convenient, and eco-conscious meals.

Zero star! Awful

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the experience I had at Zanzibar Airport on 31/08/2024 with Kenya Airways and their partner PrecisionAir, flight number PW 713.Firstly, my flight was significantly delayed, causing me great stress as I needed to catch a connecting flight in Nairobi. Despite the delay, it took my own initiative to have the departure information updated on the screens. This level of unprofessionalism is completely unacceptable.The condition of the airport was appalling. The facilities were poorly maintained, and the toilets were disgustingly dirty. It’s shocking that basic hygiene standards were not met. The overall cleanliness of the airport left much to be desired and contributed to an overwhelmingly negative impression.Adding to this, the security staff's behavior was incredibly rude and unhelpful. Their inability to communicate in English only made matters worse. The announcements over the PA system were nearly impossible to hear clearly, making it difficult to know what was happening. This lack of clear communication is inexcusable.I was also extremely disappointed to find that the airport lounge closed at 6 PM, well before many flights had even departed. To make matters worse, there were no vegan food options available—just crisps and cookies—leaving me and others with very limited choices.Lastly, the WhatsApp service offered by Kenya Airways was utterly useless and did nothing to improve the situation.Overall, this was an awful experience from start to finish. I expect a much higher standard of service and facilities when traveling, and this fell far short of even basic expectations. I hope this complaint is taken seriously, and immediate steps are taken to address these issues so that future passengers do not have to endure a similar experience. It is unacceptable to offer such poor service while still expecting payment. Avoid at all costs!

I've been using Method cleaning…

I've been using Method cleaning products for a while now, and I have to say they are some of the best on the market. Very disappointing

I recently had a very disappointing experience with purchasing an e-gift card from the Boggy Milano website. I selected a delivery date of August 2nd and received a confirmation email, but it lacked any mention of the delivery date. Concerned, I reached out to customer service via WhatsApp to clarify the situation.

First, I wrote my message in English, but the response I received was completely unrelated to my request. Assuming a language barrier, I re-wrote my message in Italian. Despite this effort, the response remained off-topic and unhelpful.

To my dismay, just a few minutes later, I received a message from the gift recipient thanking me for the gift card, which had already been delivered. This spoiled the surprise I had planned.

How can a service that offers scheduled delivery get it so wrong? And how can customer service fail to understand both English and Italian? This experience was frustrating and infuriating.

Thanks for spoiling my surprise and for demonstrating a level of incompetence that is, unfortunately, all too stereotypically Italian. Your service was absolutely useless!

This company is a big sh* show

This company is a big sh* show, never again! Terrible experience from the very beginning. I downloaded the app to do the check-in and have the boarding pass available, but also for practicality. On registering, it said that there was already an existing account linked to my email, but I never flew with Lufthansa before. I tried the "rest your password option," and it did not work. Eventually, I gave up. Then my boyfriend tried and also it didn't work for him.
Once at the airport, we went to the lounge and had another poor experience as they did not have vegan options, not even a very basic oat milk. If you have allergies.... good luck!
Move on, we get to the gate, and the service was appalling; their general approach was very rude. They stopped us claiming that all three bags we had were too big AND too heavy. These are the same basic bags we carry every time we fly and have been carefully checked for cabin allowance. But let's assume they were right, things can be delivered with kindness but they chose the poorest way possible.
Eventually, they removed one of our cabin bags and it was checked in. I believe that their problem was purely because my boyfriend is a black man as other white people walked through with huge bags, no problems. Shame on you!
Then you would think that once landed you were done, but that was not the case. The plane made a terrible pinch noise until it parked.
Now on checking their reviews I understand why Lufthansa is rated so badly. You should review your entire system. Filks don't waste your money on their poor service and behaviour.

Disappointed!

Disappointed!
I ordered few items back in November 2021, and paid 73.90£. The result is that, even though I took care of them as suggested in their website,​ the colour went off and the chain from the bracelet snapped just after few weeks.
Ridiculous for the price I paid!

I contacted customer service and to solve this I was told to pay more money to get a new bracelet and/or charms.

Please, stay away!

Amazing app

Amazing app, very easy to use. Great deals and excellent
customer service. You have all you need for unique events coming to London. If you don't know how to treat your loved ones or yourself, with fever you have a selection of events to make them happy!.....and if you need assistance, they will promptly be there for you. I recommend it.

Dovreste cambiare lavoro se non siete in grado di provvedere e portare a compimento un servzio per il quale siete pagati.
VERGOGNA, siete da denuncia!

Ho spedito un pacco dalla Sicilia all'Inghilterra il 30 di Dicembre 2020. Il pacco è tornato indietro in Sicilia qualche giorno dopo con nessuna spiegazione.

Il rivenditore ha rieffettuato la spedizione con la lista di tutto ciò che contiene il pacco al suo interno, inclusi i mieie occhiali da vista.
Ogni giorno ricevo un aggiornamento via email che il pacco è in ritardo e la data di consegna è posticipata. È trascorso in mese e non si vede la fine di questo calvario considerando gli occhiali da vista sono essenziali per me. Nonostante io abbia sollevato il problema con il Servizio clienti, servizio altrettanto inutile.
Il tutto alla modica cifra di 170 euro. Ma lo deve sapere il mondo intero così che possiate smettere di prendere in giro la gente.
