It seems the pairs are now in the hands of the local carrier for final delivery. International deliveries may take up to 25 days. Therefore, we ask customers to wait for this window until we declare the item as not delivered and lost. We have received reports of customers receiving the package or order during this window. We would like to lessen the possibility of duplicate order if we will send a new one right away since we do not carry the return shipping fee.
