Paid for seats that I did not get(Resolved)
Paid for seats that I did not get. Applied for refund showing all receipts and boarding tickets.
Gotogate says I need to contact the airline for a refund, the airline says they have no record of the seats being booked and I did not book through them. Gotogate does not want to make the refund , and cannot provide any proof that the seats was booked... its been escalated at GTG lets see what happens. Just keep circling around and around - would not recommend if a simple refund takes so much time and effort.
5 Feb 2025 Update* After 4 days this was resolved by Got to gate and I recieved a full refund on the booked seats.
