One of the trees I ordered died. I reached out to Garden Goods Direct and they replaced it within a few days.

Though overall it's a wonderful product, sturdy and beautiful, it arrived with one of the screw ports being obstructed by metal residue, which we couldn't remove. Aside from that, all is as it should be.
