Great service from The Boiler Blokes

This is the first time The Boiler Blokes have carried out a service on my boiler. I chose them based on all the positive reviews I had read. Peter came along to do the service. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He carried out a very thorough service and was happy to take time explaining things. The Boiler Blokes will be carrying out the annual services on my boiler from now on. I would definitely recommend them!

Very helpful …

The lady I spoke to was very helpful especially as I was concerned that my dog had been registered somewhere else. She checked all our details and confirmed we were registered with Petlog and advised me what to do with regards to the other company. She also sent email confirmation of our Petlog registration. Thank you very much

Pet insurance at it’s best

The last six months have proved to me why it is so important to have pet insurance and to make sure it is with a good insurer. My whippet Lady developed a rare autoimmune disease and required various specialist treatments and medications. I was amazed at how quickly the costs mounted up. Davies group assessed and covered each claim quickly and whenever I needed help or advice it was easy to speak to someone on the phone. I would certainly recommend Davies Group.

Smart meters…

Since having smart meters installed I’ve found it quite difficult getting in touch with Octopus Energy. I wasn’t getting any Gas statements. The email process seems to be very slow but once I found a number to call I was assisted by Annele. She did everything she said she would do and I finally received my bill. Thank you

My free samples arrived so quickly. I have since chosen and ordered my blind. Free samples are a great idea as the colours do sometimes look different online. This way you can see exactly what they will look like in a particular room. Thank you

James Livingstone at Chancellors Aylesbury

Due to a change in personal circumstances I recently found myself looking for a property to rent. A somewhat daunting experience as I haven’t rented for many years and I also now have a dog and was very worried that a lot of properties would not accept us. I contacted James at Chancellors regarding a property I had seen and he got a viewing arranged for me straight away and spoke to the landlord to find out if my dog would be accepted. James talked me through the whole process and helped me with all my queries such as the referencing process and the zero deposit scheme. It’s been a huge weight lifted from my shoulders and I am now looking forward to moving instead of just worrying about it. I am confident that, should I have any further queries before the move or whilst renting, James and the rest of the team at Chancellors will provide the help and support I need.
