Clear instructions and and easy to implement
It is just a breath of fresh air to be able to buy travel insurance once you've left your country of residence.
Not sure what the big deal is with that. These guys make it easy.

Why fix something when it isn't broken? I thought Air NZ's previous booking system worked just fine. Now there is this eDreams thing that keeps on spamming you, and sends you an invoice that dates back to the 80's. What was the cost of doing yet another booking system, and what is the benefit to the customer. Next thing we'll hear that they are running at a loss! Am I surprised....
