Easy to read the documents , and cover is want is needed. Having a flat roof residence, choice of companies is limited. Very pleased to have been recommended Homeprotect .

Can’t be so effusive this time. My cartridges arrived in good time. I opened the pack as I only needed black straight away , pulled the yellow tab and hey presto black ink shot over the floor and my hands and clothes . Fortunately very old clothes , been gardening. Hope this is a one off. Open with GREAT care!!!

This is very unusual, as most customers don’t experience any issues when removing the pull tab. For anyone opening new cartridges, we recommend doing so over a sink or protected surface and pulling the coloured tabs away from you, just to be on the safe side.
We hope that going forward, your experiences with our cartridges are smooth and trouble-free.

A very pleasant welcome by Julie Raddon at reception (it's amazing how she keeps her cool sometimes) and very efficient service from Claire in Customer services.
I also wandered over to Mark Banning {Sales} to talk about upgrading/changing my car- we have arranged for a test drive next week.
I go to Hills because Toyota are reliable , I find the staff helpful and its a 15 minute walk from home.

Using EVRI as your delivery service is in my opinion risky . Where possible I ask if there is an alternative. No knocks or ringing of doorbell parcels just dumped on the doorstep. Only know sometimes when an email appears or you trip over the parcel on the doorstep. As Hermes we had a great guy called Steve - wonder where he went?

Our courier carries out contact free deliveries and if no one is available to accept the parcel it is left in a safe place where possible which would be stated on the tracking.

Still in the box .
Not used yet but other SPV lights have worked well
Not impressed with EVRI , left on the doorstep with split packaging. It stated delivery in the evening but turned up abt
8 hrs earlier. Good thing only out for 40mins.

Considering the upheaval on the refurb at Hills , They cope exceeding well. Julie Raddon in reception is always on the ball and keeps calm with a big smile and lovely attitude. Taner in spares was efficient and praise to Balwinder for getting my car serviced quickly. I have now bought 3 cars from Hills and always ask for Mark Banning in Sales. Good cars with good service .
