Easy to follow instructions

Easy to follow instructions. Pretty straightforward. Plenty of room in all fields for entering accurate description of any individual's needs. Just remem ber NOT to leave a section unattended for half an hour without completing each section ,or you will need to start over .

Thank you Gaetan for the review. This isn't exactly correct. If you leave the page unattended for half an hour the system will log you out for your own security. However, everything up to that page, will be saved. When you move through the service, every page is saved when you click "next". You will however lose what you are looking at if you leave the page in front of you unattended for half an hour.

Carolina was/is really dedicated

Carolina really seems to know how to provide information in a quick and precise manners. My questions were not pretty easy to find answers to; regarding an overseas issue. 5 stars she deserves.

4 hours filling the reports..

I spent 4 hours filling the reports... 3 times, with thorough information that I had to gather here and there. After frustration had me boil over; i started chatting with Scott. He casually said that clients should activate the draft feature every 5 minutes or so, in order to not lose data. So..Why the f....k isn't this written in bold red letters on their introductive procedure page. They should investigate their own fraudulent policies

Pretty straightforward procedure for…

Pretty straightforward procedure for this important phase of someone's life. It gives plenty of room for allowing the necessary details needed for each segment of this document. And those extra "Information bubbles " are a nice touch too.

I had nothing bad to say about this…

I had nothing bad to say about this platform...until they just upgraded to the new format. I like the old saying...(if it ain't broke...don't fix it). I joined in Dec 2019 with $250. Made very small profits ...as expected. I added $250 end of Jan 2020 made more profits, In march... as covid hit..., I added $500 to the account, profits got bigger, in Sept 2020 I added $1000...then things really started to be interesting. Long story short , by valentine's day 2021 I had passed the 100% profit margin, and as of 2 weeks ago I crossed 200%. Then the upgrade of last week occurred, and I too was locked out for a few days. I was in a daily e-mail conversation with Oliver, who, after a few suggestions for getting me back into my account, enabled me to get back into the game. but..that being said, I noticed 2 major flaws in the ProTrade platform that really is annoying. I took screenshots of the points affected and sent that to Oliver, and they gonna look into it. But All in All I sure wish I could just trade with the old style platform. The new one sure does not feel more user friendly ...so far. I do believe the staff is working overtime to fix these deficiencies, and if they can't ..well, Give us back the old platform...and call this one .."an experimentation in customer patience threshold."
