2 day service took 4 days

48 hour service. Parcel picked up Tuesday so expected pn Thursday. Got text saying it would be delivered on Wednesday (ie a day early). It didn't come. The information shown on the tracking site then got confusing but the outcome was that it was delivered on Monday ie 2 days later than paid for. And DHL don't seem to work on Saturday which made it worse.

Hopeless service. Giclve me Royal Mail any day.

Got card mainly for Co-op 10% discount only to find discount stopped with little notice!

Dreadful customer experience

Dreadful customer experience. I spent around 30 minutes adding lots of stamps to the basket. Then I needed to login during checkout process. Logging in cleared the basket without warning - 30 minutes was wasted.

Appalling website implementation. No warning at all that you need to log in before you start to add items to the basket.

Print corrupted but efficient investigation and reprint

Some text was corrupted and did not match proof. This was very disappointing especially as print was reasonably time sensitive. It appears that there is no manual visual check of output before it is parcelled up for dispatch.

However Chloe was very efficient at sorting out the issue and getting the print redone.
