I ordered a new ski outfit for my daughter online before Christmas with expedited shipping to arrive Dec 24th at our vacation home in WV. As of now, I have yet to receive the items. Made several calls and left messages for customer service and emailed yesterday with still no response. This is unacceptable. Please just cancel the order at this point. We actually went out yesterday evening and bought something else. If I could give zero stars, I would. Once a loyal customer of sun and ski, I can tell you this will have a lasting impact on my future purchasing decisions.
