Making a withdrawal takes up to two…

Making a withdrawal takes up to two weeks. Once you request it you get a request for ID verification. Which is ok, except that a different request comes every other day, rather than all in one go (or indeed BEFORE any withdrawal is made. Drags on forever. When eventually they approve every document possible then takes another 2 to 5 days to be paid.

Sill waiting for my £700 table ordered…

Sill waiting for my £700 table ordered in February. No updates, no communication.
Customer services keep you open hold until eventually they cut you off. No response to emails.

May update - still waiting. No table. 3 months!! Been in a warehouse in Spain pending delivery for weeks.

Avoid at all costs
