Nkuku are the most amazing Company to deal with. I bought a beautiful throw online (I had previously seen it in their Devon store) and somehow failed to put my discount code in. I called them and this was rectified immediately and I was refunded. The throw was delivered quickly. I visited their main store in Devon recently and as I have bought from Nkuku for years I was indeed impressed. I suggest anyone in the area should visit and also make time to have a snack. As I’ve cancelled and reinstated my travel insurance policy within a week and I have been very lucky to have been dealing with a charming young lady called Maddison. She is exceptional and very tolerant with me changing my mind.
