I've used this 'Kittyglitz' company 3 times up till now and have had no problems at all. Their products for cats are superb! The company appears very organised and l don't think in my opinion that they need to improve. l am very pleased with the products that l have bought!

Yodel delivered my parcel. Everything went well again. I cannot complain about anything.

The experience was very satisfactory. From ordering a pretty mug with a poppies pattern all over it to the delivery,all went very well. I think it's the first time that l have bought from 'Potters Cookshop.' I shall be buying in the near future again. Yodel deliveries are always great. The young gentleman did everything that he should of. I cannot fault Yodel drivers! They do their job efficiently. One happy customer here!

Again, l had a trouble free experience with this super company selling items for your cat. I needed to buy 3 extra stainless steel feeding bowls as spares,('Catswall Design Replacement Stainless Steel bowls') as l had recently purchased from them the 'Catswall Design Multi Raised Feeder'(3 bowl) which is a raised stand holding 3 feeding bowls. The 3 stainless steel bowls arrived very quickly. Everything that l have bought from this company is of very good quality and sturdy. My torti cat loves her 3 bowl raised feeding stand. It's nice to have a company which sells equipment, cat toys, etc., Your goods which you have purchased are wrapped extremely well and the communication from the seller is excellent. I am very pleased with my latest purchase and l would certainly recommend this 'Kittyglitz'company!

I find this company 'Cooper's of Stortford' extremely helpful in sorting problems out with orders. My problem was sorted out straight away. The items that l have bought are well made, robust and well worth the money. From ordering to delivery the process is easy on line. The items come well wrapped, clearly alot of thought goes into this. Lately l ordered 2 items, only l arrived and the invoice said 2 had been delivered. A quick phonecall to them and it was sorted and they apologised. I received the missing item a couple of days later. No fuss. Thankyou Cooper's of Stortford!

I remember as a child these delightful little plastic robins for decoration during the 1960's on my mother's christmas cakes. She would allow me to place the robin in the cake where l liked. They still play a part along with the christmas ornaments to adorn the christmas cake/christmas pud. I am very pleased with my purchases!

I have ordered lovely little handmade wooden robins in the past and again l've bought robins and snowmen this time to hang from the Christmas tree when the time comes. A very gifted company.
