Paid,but no space available

Booked a space,but on arrival no spaces were available.Sent a message asking for help,and the reply was two days after,by which time a space had become available.Not a good experience.The only good thing I have to say is that I consider the price value for money,but only if you can find a space.

Arrived at ASDA TAMWORTH,without an…

Arrived at ASDA TAMWORTH,without an appointment,because I had an eye problem.Unsure whether to go to Doctors or hospital.I was greeted by Ellie,who said she would speak with the optician M.Numan.After a short wait another patient had missed their appointment.I had a full eye test,together with great advice.I award the maximum 5 STARS for the empathy and service received from Asda Opticians Tamworth.Both Ellie and M.Numan are a credit to the business.

The banking system in general does not…

The banking system in general does not inspire confidence.Wise however I have found to be different.I have been a customer for several years since the early TransferWise years.Each and every time I deal with this company THEY DO WHAT THEY SAY THEY ARE GOING TO DO...No false promises,no lies.Whilst they continue to perform in the way that they do,I will continue to be a customer,and praise their service.

I had an issue with tracking a parcel with an enquiry raised at customs.Damon was most helpful and promised to contact the courier to sort out the issue.I have awarded 5 stars in advance,hoping that he does what he says.

The system still continues to fail

The system still continues to fail by being unable to access account information at certain times.It seems inconceivable that despite all the internet banking problems previously created by TSB, that the company continues to offer a poor online banking service.Clearly the company takes little or no notice of constructive customer comments.Perhaps I need to change the company with whom I bank.

Once again the internet banking site is down.This company has clearly learnt nothing from the previous poor service it has offered account holders
