I have very very mixed views on this site

It hasn't been the best since I joined ,had none stop issues with my promotions which really did put me of this site

Carl who works here reached out and explained why this has been happening and helped me out quite alot as I explained the situation to a few agents and no one was listening

Carl managed to sort my issue somewhat and had no issue since , even though it's still a bit of a pain the way I have to activate my promotions, ive actually stopped trying to activate them now as its just to much of a hassle

Untill the issues are actually fixed can't rate any higher but a big thank you to carl for reaching out and listening
