click and collect finglas

Ordered click and collect, the lady at the store in Finglas was very helpful and friendly and the coffee machine I bought is working really well.

Review of Pure Telecom Ireland

Charged me for nothing

It took the company 6 months of calls, emails and even a letter to change the card details on my account and when they finally did it, they charged me €20 for that (??). When I contacted Pure telecom to cancel the service it was affirmed that there would be a refund of the next payment, which never happened, every time I call them someone says something different. At the moment I have no internet and still have to pay for the bills. The internet is very poor as well.

Péssimo atendimento no aeroporto

Fiquei durante 2 horas na área do check in em Porto Alegre, pois os funcionários da Latam não me deixavam entrar em um voo, alegando que eu não tinha assento, sendo que eu já havia reservado e pago as passagens meses antes do dia da viagem e voo não havia sido cancelado... Acabei indo para São Paulo sem o bilhete de conexão, quando fui contactar a empresa Lufthansa me atenderam sem problemas nenhum e recebi as passagens para continuar viagem com o assento correto.
