Generally the shops are great to find what you need, but the number of times I have ordered something online and one or more parts are either damaged or missing is completely unacceptable for such a big company.
For example, at the moment I am waiting to install a kitchen that I recently bought, but it did not contain the door hinges or wall brackets (which the product states are included). I reported this 3 weeks ago and have heard nothing, this gives an idea of how useless their customer service is.

As always, great service and always happy to answer any queries. For these reasons I have kepy my insurance with Abbeygate for many years.

I was contacted by phone to renew my car insurance, which was a quick and easy process. The service could have been better if the representative had asked about my current situation (I forgot to mention that my address had changed), and if they had found a better price! Apart from that, I can't complain. Good service, I have been with Abbeygate for a number of years now.
