Unfortunately not the best UX.
Unfortunately my experience with LW has been really lacking for a couple of years 😔 I’ve stayed, hoping that it will improve and because it seems too hard to migrate everything to a better platform. But now, the need surpasses the inconvenience. The tech team are good and fast at responding for simple issues, so if that’s what you’re looking for, you’ll be fine. But there are so many basic missing features that prevent my fitness business from growing. I’ve had feedback from program beta testers that it lacks functionality and easy of use in comparison to other similar programs on the market. For the expense, the functionality needs to be competitive. And unfortunately, it just is not. I’ve been with LW for years hoping for change and they sadly don’t reward loyalty. Additionally, there is no option to cancel an annual subscription early, so please be sure that you absolutely love them before signing up at the annual rate. Sadly, I’m additionally out of pocket for this reason. My business relies on customer satisfaction and promotes a positive user experience, so I offer a money back guarantee at any time, like most trustworthy businesses do, LW does not. If you’re looking for something basic, with no interactive ability for the customer to track progress, nil ability to subsection content, no provision of interactive rewards (eg based on numbers of videos completed, not a basic email) for completion of stages, then this will be fine for your business. But I urge you to look elsewhere, especially if you need a clean, organised look for your course to reduce customer overwhelm.
